A former professional canoeist, the founder of Prestol boats later became the Prestol Group, which includes Prestol boats ( Olimpic racing kayaks and canoes) and Stand up paddle board brand 425Pro ( manufacturers of race boards, which is chosen by more current world champions and won the award of the best race board 2023 in the world.) Prestol Group also manufactures a variety of water sports equipment for several recognizable brands. Like sailing boat parts, foil boards, SUP boards, and different type of boats.

Water sports play a big role in my everyday life, I am passionate about sailing, kiteboarding, rowing and other water sports.

I am currently CEO at Prestol Group LTD and also at the same time I run a small yacht club in Riga “Auda Marina”

I am member in Latvian Sailing federation, Latvian Canoe federation and official manufacturer partner to International Canoe Federation ICF.
