Paolo Bertetti

PhD at the Politecnico di Torino Engineering University, he starts his career as Application Engineer at RIV-SKF (bearing industry) in 1981 and then develop his competence and responsibility level until 2000 ,reaching the position of Director of world wide product design and development - Automotive Division - Car Wheels at SKF Group
Then he switch to the yachting industry , moving first to Azimut from 2000 to 2007 and then in Sanlorenzo from 2008 , where today holds the position of vice president R&D
Dealing at international level with main power-generation suppliers and stakeholders for the yachting, he is currently involved on several WGs active in the fields of emission reduction and sustainability such as :
• SYBAss technical and sustainability committee
• Lloyds technical advisory committee
• RINA Green Technology Yacht Committee
• Comitato Sostenibilità Confindustria Nautica
• Water Revolution – YETI working group
• GMM consortium working group
• Tavolo Coordinamento Idrogeno Regione Liguria.
