Learnings from competitive sports

From Laser to 49er FX, Nacra 17, various 30ft cruiser-racers to the role as navigator on a Clubswan 50, it was always a matter of learning, making mistakes, getting up, moving on. The sport of sailing has a lot to offer. Not only play with the elements, sea and freedom, but also all kinds of important learnings for "the real world". In my lecture you will get an insight into the last 5 years of international regatta sailing of a competitive athlete, who always threw herself into new challenges.
